How long does it take to set up my website or review system?
For the website, after the onboarding forms are complete, we can have it live in 7 business days. However, we will not launch until you are completely satisified with the site. For the review system, upon onboarding we can have it live in 2 business days; that is if you already have a full client list. If you do not, we will help you setup a system to gather that information.
How does the review system work?
First, we gather all of your business information required for our system; including domain, email, website, and Google My Business. Once this is in our system, we input your client list into our funnel and craft a message to send to all of them. Our success comes from not only the copyright of our messaging, but the organizational structure of our system. We can track metrics that allow us to follow up if needed, as well as keep negative reviews off of your Google My Business.
Can I customize my website or review requests?
Absolutely! We work directly beside you to ensure the end product is satisfactory. We will not launch a website until it is 100% to your specifications. And for the review system, we confirm with you before we send anything out.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my contract?
Absolutely! Say you only have our review package and want to add on a website, we simply add that to your contract and start the website onboarding process.
Can I track my reviews and see results?
When you sign up for the review management plan, our team sets you up on our custom dashboard. Here, you can track messages sent, reviews recieved (positve and negative), follow-ups, and much more.
What kind of support is available if I need help?
We are here to assist everyday of the week. Just reach out by phone or email, and a member of our team will get back to you ASAP. No phone trees or bots.
